Tata Marcopolo is a range of buses manufactured by Tata Motors in collaboration with Marcopolo S.A. of BrazilA Tata Marcopolo bus in Chandigarh, India.
It is currently being used or inducted in several Indian cities as part of the local transports fleet like Ahmedabad, Delhi, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Mysore, Kolkata, Chennai, Lucknow, Kanpur, Chandigarh, Pune, South Kanpur, Hyderabad, etc.
It is a low-floor bus with both air conditioned and non air conditioned variants available.
Primary unit for Tata Marcopolo (TMML) bus manufacturing and building began at Lucknow, the output per day is 25 buses. Second unit of TMML began at Dharwad, Karnataka the output is presently 25-50 buses per day. In few years it is expected to double its production and Dharwad unit will be the largest unit.
