The McLaren 650S GT3 is the racing version of the road-legal 650S. It has got a Carbon fibre MonoCell with aluminum front and rear sub frames, Bespoke lightweight carbon fibre/composite body panels, FIA approved safety roll cage, air-jacking system and colour choice for the owner. McLaren have added front splitters and front and rear diffusers as well as a fully-adjustable rear wing. It has got a race-prepared 3.8L V8 twin turbo McLaren M838T with McLaren Electronics ECU incorporated turbo boost and transmission shift control. Its six-speed sequential motorsport transmission is pneumatically actuated via steering wheel mounted paddles. It has got the unique McLaren GT composite steering wheel incorporating key driver switch controls and map settings. It also features adjustable ride height, camber, toe and anti-roll bars with forged aluminium wheels. The McLaren 650S GT3 is also the successor of the McLaren MP4 12C GT3.
