The Bentley Empress II was a bespoke 2-door coupe built by Hooper & Company. It was built upon the architecture of the Bentley Turbo RL, a long wheelbase version of the Bentley Turbo R.

The Bentley Empress II had features that were not on the Turbo R, including power-adjusting seats, a unique sports-steering wheel, a glass "sunshine roof", 12-speaker Alpine stereo system and an Asprey silver vanity set which came in the rear seat.
