Added by QuikSlvr223The SRT Viper is the fifth-generation Dodge Viper. The name has been changed to SRT Viper due to the fact that Chrysler LLC's SRT division is developing the car. It uses the most powerful (and largest) standard Viper engine to date.

The Dodge SRT Viper was announced on 2010 and numerous concepts were showcased in multiple car shows in 2011. In April 2012, the official Dodge SRT was unveilled at the New York Auto Show. The car is expected to be released sometime between late 2012 and early 2013.

Dodge SRT Viper In Pop Culture

A concept edition of the car was featured in the popular Xbox 360 video game, Forza Motorsport 4. The Dodge Viper SRT Forza Motorsport Edition features a large rear wing and a front splitter. The car is fully customisable and can be recieved for free by reaching a certain Driver Level.
The car will also be featured in Forza Horizon. Here you can take the car out to do some sight seeing in the Colorado Mountains.
The SRT Viper is featured in the most recent game in the Need for Speed series, Need for Speed: Most Wanted.
